How far in advance should I reach out before my trip?
Luxury bookings, especially at top hotels and Michelin restaurants, require lead time. The ideal timing is between 3–6 months for complex itineraries. While we can accommodate shorter timelines, we can not guarantee full availability and prices may increase.
Do you charge planning fees on top of travel costs?
Yes, planning fees are separate from your overall travel cost.
Travel planning fees depend on the tier selected or level-of-service provided.
What destinations do you specialize in?
Full list of destinations will be available soon.
Note: your first consultation is free, and as a certified FORA travel advisor I have access to resources, information and itineraries across the globe - so If you’re traveling to a destination that is not on the list, we’d still love to chat.
Can you work with any budget or is there a minimum?
We work with clients, brands, partners and business’s in the luxury travel industry. While there is no set minimum, we discuss both travel planning and travel cost budget during the first consultation.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
By submitting the form, you're beginning a conversation, not placing an order. We review every inquiry personally and will be in touch within 48-72 hours if your trip is a fit.
Each initial consultation call is complimentary and lasts approximately one hour. During this time we review your travel inquiry form, answer a few additional questions and begin to prepare a proposal for your review. Once we’re aligned, you will receive an onboarding package with next steps and expectations.
Do you book flights?
Yes - We can book business class flights and above. This is included in Tier 3 of our packaged services.

As a Fora Certified Advisor, I’m an independent travel professional affiliated with Fora Travel.
